foreeeeeeeeeeeever and a day but let's talk sailing!!
One of the crazy folks I went sailing with! It was AWESOME! Here's one of the views I had the good fortune to see when I went around the Caribbean:
How beautiful is this view?!! And I had this every single day! And this is the view of St Kitts as we pulled into the harbor!
It was absolutely wonderful... I was on the sea for one week and it helped so much with gaining perspective on life and the rest of the world! It's helped with giving me focus... I think. I have a few things that I need to think about I think...
I do know that I am currently quite tired. Work is intense. Life is ... alternative. I am actually getting advice from my customers on my life : SERIOUSLY!
So he's advising me on the fact that I'm 31. So I need to "hurry up" and find someone so that I can have kids because I'm "getting on a bit"!!!! COME ON! Oh Ok then!
It's crazy - just because I'm in my 30s and currently single DOES NOT MEAN THAT I'M ON THE SHELF for the rest of my life! Or that I'm now resigned to a life as a spinster forever. *Giggle* to be honest though, it does make me laugh! People are so interesting.
And it teaches you about you too. About what is important to you. What you really want from life. From people. What you expect for yourself... and that you're not willing to compromise. Why? Because life is (and I hate that I'm quoting my customer on this!!) too darn short.
Who knows what life will bring? Maybe I will be on my own for the rest of my life and be the COOLEST aunt ever or maybe Matthew McConahey will actually come to his senses and FINALLY accept that we are destined to be together hehehehe :)
Ah well... onward and upward to the next blog which shall be in about a month and shall be about Seattle and the shennanigans and the er... dance off that I have with one of the guys ... who is an awesome dancer. Sigh. There's going to be such carnage...!
