tsk. such poor sporadic blogging but anyway...!
er Happy New Year!! Yeah, yeah I know. I'm rubbish with the true spirit of blogging but I have been so insanely busy with living life that I haven't had the chance to write about it! So what's my latest news? Well as of Saturday, February 10th, 2007, I can call myself a bona fide SNOWBOARDER baby!! YEAH!

Yeah baby I can ACTUALLY snowboard down a mountain! I spent the last week throwing myself down a mountain.. well ok, so I started off throwing myself down a hill and then I graduated to throwing myself down a mountain. It was pretty super cool. There were a number of firsts here.
I blacked out for about 5 - 6 secs for the first time in my life! That was interesting :)
I then nearly broke my lil ole ass - well not so little thank the Lord - never will I complain about the size of the junk in my trunk for I truly believe that it provided much needed cushioning during all those falls!
So... ladies, let me tell you about the beautiful boarding instructor. Hubba Hubba! What a beautiful man! Fit as a fiddle and goooooooooooooorgeous! I HAD to hold on to his shoulders (yum) and then he had to hold on to my legs to help me turn... and yes, honestly, I was actually rubbish so he HAD to ... *angelic face*
I was also mistaken for between 19 and 25 by friends of friends of mine. Can you BELIEVE THAT?! I'M 31 YEARS OLD!
Yeah so I had an awesome holiday. I am now going to subsist on bread and water so that I can save up for my next holiday in April - sailing around the Carribean. Now before you think that I'm made of gold doubloons (I love that word!) let me just say that because I have brilliant friends with an eye for a bargain, all these crazy trips are actually pretty damn affordable! Yep - cheap as chips baby.
I have to say that I am almost nearly addicted to snowboarding. Nearly and not completely because I have a non-addictive personality. But that aside, I think that I will actually go ahead and buy my own clothes now instead of borrowing everybody else's!
Holidays are such hard work! I have got to learn to tread now as well, so that I don't sink like an anvil when I am swmimming in the sea!
Man am I enjoying my life! :)
Happy February everyone!
