Malaysian Tales part deux

So then I went to Singapore and fell in love with the place! People always talk about how clinically clean it is but, there is NOTHING clinical about it. It was fantastic and I'm telling you right now - if I had the chance to live there NOW, I would. For sure. Almost. Maybe. Hmmm... Ok but I would definitely consider it!

I missed my family terribly when I left. I see them so rarely and with everything that's been happening - even though it's almost over now - it was so comforting to be with them. Especially my baby brothers and sister... Family becomes so much more important the older you get don't you think?

Probably between us, the cousins and I have probably bought enough tat to open up our own stall... what happens to us on vacation? Why do we feel compelled to buy that stupid hat that we would NEVER wear during the normal course of our life?! Why do we buy cheap, fake jewelry when we're allergic?! Why, dammit, WHY?!!!

So anyway that was the only addition to the rest of the Malaysian trip... I was going to add pictures but - say it with me now - Picasa just don't work!

July and August have been good months - went to Malaysia and Singapore for vacation and then onto Seattle for work. I LUUUUURVE Seattle. It totally rocks and hopefully - one day soon - I'll be working out there!

I may write about the Seattle trip - I may not. But to be fair, I would rather add pictures if I could..
